Called ahead with my order. Arrived to pick it up, lights on and sat waited. Female worker runs out to bring order to car next to me. In the meantime another call pulls up on the other side of me. Worker skips me and goes to car that pulled up. Gets his order and runs inside. Same worker comes back gives them their order and proceeds to head back inside. Got this so called Grilled Cheese from Swensons on S. Hawkins around 10 today. The other people who ordered with me hated their food as well but this is down right unacceptable and when I say I will never be back I mean that.
Service was horrible along with the fish sandwich and onion rings. Sandwich was burnt/oily and the rings were cooked too long. I've given three chances to get a good meal. I'm done
this place sucks!!!! never go this one the staff doesn't know how to do their jobs! wait 20 min while watching them go to other cars!
