We drove 2 hours to wales ave Massillon Swensons service was excellent but food was terrible we ordered 17 cheeseburgers they were all burnt got a chocolate milkshake it tastes like chocolate powder!! We try to get up here every few months because we love Swensons burgers but this will be the last time we go to this one! Very disappointed

Terrible service. We waited over an hour, watched 3 cars pull in, order, and leave on both sides of us, couldn’t get the staff to come over after we ordered, so we left without food after more than an hour.

Let me start off by saying swensons is by far my favorite restaurant. But I will not be back to the Jackson location. This is the 3rd time I have been to this one since November and waited an hour after being told 20 minutes. Our burgers were burnt and the edges were hard as a rock. I picked off the patties because I couldn't eat it so I literally paid for cheese buns and mayo.
