Always great food and fast service. Worth the drive.

Love their quarter pounders. Great service. Started going to Swensons over 30 years ago in Akron.
Never had a bad experience until today. First the waiter didn’t even give us a menu. So it’s a good thing I knew what I wanted. Then we waited for about 25 min for our food. No big deal. After we got the food I gave him my card to pay and literally waited for 20 min for my card and receipt. That’s not it folks...... The icing on the cake was when we got home to eat our food BANG! Big old hair in the middle of my girlfriends burger. Then I call and they said I can come back and they’ll replace the burger. Thanks but no thanks... read more

25 minutes to order, 20 minutes to get food, got wrong drinks, gave my credit card to another customer, condescending waitstaff when I voiced my experience. Will never be back

Family enjoyed it. The place was busy and our service was prompt and professional.
The food was good but my husband had a bad stomach ache afterwards.
