Let me start off by saying swensons is by far my favorite restaurant. But I will not be back to the Jackson location. This is the 3rd time I have been to this one since November and waited an hour after being told 20 minutes. Our burgers were burnt and the edges were hard as a rock. I picked off the patties because I couldn't eat it so I literally paid for cheese buns and mayo. the mushroom stems were so hard you couldnt chew them....the cheeseburger had zero flavor.... worst visit to a Swensons

From Manchester but I live in Gilbert Arizona now and I miss this place so much and eat there every time I come home . Have had In n Out burger and it’s not even close Swensons blows them away hands down
Swensons never disappoints. The food is always fantastic, always quick and pleasant service. I love calling ahead so my food is ready when I get there. Galley boys and potato teasers for life!
