I love Swenson’s but I paid 60¢ for ranch I didn’t even get 😒 I would call and complain but it’s just 60¢.... but i’m still upset about it.

We drove 2 hours to wales ave Massillon Swensons service was excellent but food was terrible we ordered 17 cheeseburgers they were all burnt got a chocolate milkshake it tastes like chocolate powder!! We try to get up here every few months because we love Swensons burgers but this will be the last time we go to this one! Very disappointed
Terrible service. We waited over an hour, watched 3 cars pull in, order, and leave on both sides of us, couldn’t get the staff to come over after we ordered, so we left without food after more than an hour.
