DO Not go the the Fairlawn location. let me start by saying, I love swensons. I DO NOT love the poor service we received here today. this is the second time I've waited so long for service I I almost called to make sure they were even open. I placed the order and they forgot half of it. once I got home the order was completely wrong. I called to speak with the manager who told me my order "wasn't worth their time." then they hung up on me. less than impressivge...do better swensons.
The food just isn't the same anymore. Cold fries, no taste and a raw hamburger. threw most of my food out.
My Galley Boy was smaller than a McDonald's hamburger. not at all what it used to be. fries were cold and gummy. I'll miss you, swensons!

RecommendedNormally everything is great but it was busy and it took longer and my food was not hot enough. What I didn’t like was the car parked in the only shaded spot which I assumed was an employee. Unless of course it broke down there but highly doubt it
Way too long to wait for sub-par French fries, a cold and poorly constructed cheeseburger, and onion rings and a fish sandwich that can be deep-fried in minutes. Other than an occasional milkshake, we won’t be eating at Swenson’s any longer.
Recommendedgreat service.. you park your car headlights on and in a mater of less than a minute a runner shows up at your car and they are friendly and your order is run back to the kitchen and in no time at all the food is delivered to you.. great service great value.
