I called in a order, when I arrived they said there was no record of it. So I waited for them to make the order fresh, only to drive twenty minutes home and discover all but one item was made incorrectly. I called to complain and was only offered credit for some items, which I ALREADY PAID FOR, and no reimbursement for this 90+ minute ordeal. If I could I would rate this NO STARS but that's not an option.
Always tastey and delicious. It's a great treat whenever I make it back to the Akron area from out of state.
We drive all the way from Columbus, Ohio for these burgers! Best there is! Can’t wait for the opening of the Dublin, Ohio location!
Fun Christmas Eve stop at Swensons. Galley Boys, Fries, Shakes and Californias can’t be beat after Christmas Eve stocking stuffer shopping 😋. Took a pick of Santa Clause and he gave us Christmas treats. What fun!

The food and service are both the best. I love the Galley Burger. Of course I also had to have the onion rings and California with it....

Fast service... Great food and their runners ---- oh they are so cute!!!! If they ever put out a calendar of these boys I'd buy one!! Deff will be coming back! �����
