I live out of state now but grew up eating Swenson's, try to make a stop there whenever I'm home. Galley boy and peanut butter shake are my favorite! Nothing better!
The food was awesome and the staff amazing. Refreshing to see people hustling to greet guests and take orders in a friendly and professional manner. Some other places should take lessons from these people.
Normally we have a great experience but when I ordered my cheese burger I asked for everything including ketchup and extra pickles. I got my cheeseburger that had ketchup only, I told our server about it and he took it back and said they would make a new one, which I was very appreciative of. When I got the burger back it once again had ketchup only. I told them again and they just weren't understanding what I was asking for.
