Do not contract any work with Swenson/Standpoint Construction. They installed 2 roofs for me and both were improperly done. My house had a lot of damage that they caused and there is still damage that was never fixed properly.
Swenson Construction really impressed me when they replaced my roof in 2019. Justin Sebren was incredibly helpful and professional. However, he moved to Texas before completion and I specifically remember that there was a problem with the flashing in the front of the house over my garage and at the workmen had to fix it. Swenson did my roof after hurricane Irma. It cost over $100k. Then came hurricane Ian. My cage was ruined. When the contractor came to do the new cage they found rot in the roof. Multiple contractors/roofers advised it should have been addressed when the roof was done 3 years prior. Swenson did not even come to look at it after I called them though they claimed it would be a "priority". It delayed my cage 10 days and ultimately I had to use another roofer to do repairs.
