Please don’t get anything from Matt. He’s nice to your face but misadvertises his inventory for the sale and then will not return messages when you explain that you didn’t get what you paid for and you’re having problems. He sold me an Aliner A frame pop up trailer that was advertised as being camping ready. He told me that it had 11 gallons of water in it and the listing included features it did not have like outside speakers and outside lighting. There is one small light and no speakers. I thought Matt was very pleasant to work with... initially. He is a friendly guy. He was able to sell me a mower that we both knew needed some work done on it to make it right. He offered to help with the repairs and assured me he would be happy to make it right. I would send him the part numbers of the faulty parts and he would compensate me for them. I must admit Matt was great to work with at the beginning, he helped pay for the bimi top that he ripped and was quite cordial. He warrantied the machine for 7 days, due to weather I was unable to ride it until 10 days after purchase. When I took it out the low gear was shot and both CV joints were leaking. I tried to contact Matt twice via text to no avail. I am now stuck with a machine with thousands of dollars in repairs. I understand I bought it "as is" but I feel like Matt should have helped me with getting it repaired.
