I stopped by for a quick breakfast and was blown away by the buttery brioche toast with almond butter—so light and creamy. The barista suggested a pumpkin‑spiced latte that hit the sweet spot, and the staff chatted about local events while keeping the table spotless. With comfortable seating, plenty of natural light, and a quiet courtyard, it’s the perfect spot to work or catch up with friends.
Very mid cold brew and service. Should have gone to Idlewild or Starbucks instead. Feels like any other chain coffee shop. Would not go back nor recommend anyone else go.
I’ve tried several items off their menu because they were my only option at the time, and it seems that their drinks are all watered down. Just as the name says “sweetwaters”. Definitely won’t be spending another penny here. The only thing I would say was okay was their French Vietnamese au Lait. Their “Thai tea” was disappointing and again watered down. Save your money.
No complaints, nice employees, coffee was good and pastries good. Plenty of seating both indoor and outside.
Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea is a unique spot! Located off Guadalupe Street. Street parking seems to be the name of the game (or, that’s where I parked). The venue itself is spacious, offering a nice modern aesthetic and vibe. Plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your beverage/telework. I ordered the French Vietnamese Au Lait and it was delicious!
