My brand-new matcha fell on the floor, and instead of replacing it, the staff expected me to clean it up and pay for another one. Really disappointing customer service.
This coffee shop is such a great place! My daughter and I come here in the mornings, and it’s always calm at that time. Their chai is great!
My mom and I love this place! It has a very cute atmosphere, and even has books and games for those who want to enjoy an activity while they drink their beverage. The employees are also very sweet, and we feel very welcome here. Highly recommend!
