While vacationing last week, we ate at this restaurant. We were seated right away but our server (who was the manager) was not prompt in taking our order. There were 5 adults and 2 children in our party. Our server came back to check on 2 meal orders - we don't think she turned those two orders in. Our meals took about 60 minutes from ordering to table. We were not going to tip; however the gratuity was included in the bill.
