I’m not one to ever leave a negative review but this company and specifically their employee Shawn Calmari totally screwed us!! If I could leave less that one star a totally would. I payed more that $775 dollars on top of a monthly fee and chemicals which was required to fulfill the annual contract only to have to call him every week to ask where is was and would he be out to maintain our pool, then today was told he was just too busy today deal with me because he had moved to Tampa ?? I had an issue with an Attendant and previously posted a poor review. Since then the company has gone above and beyond to remedy the situation. It was perhaps one of the most Professional interactions I have ever had with any company. As such, I am giving them 5 stars! They showed a level of Customer service that is hard to beat!

I called this company on Monday, 10 June to request a service call to fix my Pool Pilot. A technician named Matt called me back in a few minutes. I explained the problem and he said he could get to my home that week, but not Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon I called and on Matt's voice mail asked for a call back to tell me when he expected to come. I did not hear from him so I called again on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon and left the same message. As of Wednesday, 3 July I have still never had a return cal... read more
