Poorly organized. My a/c broke 6 times, stuck with 100+ degree weather, they stuck a window air conditioner in my window and spiked my electric bill, the a/c didn't fit in the window so they cut out cardboard and duct taped it to the window, poor service all around. Cannot wait to move out and do not suggest moving here.
