I purchased an RO system from Jim a couple of years ago and it was a great investment. I love the personalized customer service he provides that is not all that common anymore. Before I purchased he took the time to go through my water report with me so I could understand what I needed for healthy drinking water. My system has been running great since day one. We are enjoying our Kitchen Defender. We really didn't mind the taste of our water but it wasn't kind to the flavor of our fresh ground pour over coffee. The Kitchen Defender has us enjoying our coffee so much more now! We also realize that we enjoy the taste of our drinking water more with the Defender too, definitely cleaner and fresher. Its also a comfort to know that the Defender is working to remove those potentially harmful chemicals that are common to community and public water systems, a significant plus.
