Jim McMahon of Sweetwater LLC has been outstanding to work with since our first phone call one a half years ago. He is always timely, dependable,and a pleasure to do business with. Jim has helped us out on several occasions and is always responsive, direct, and - most importantly - correct. Most recent was a leak in the flush line that he immediately recognized as a bad valve piston assembly. Got us the new part in a few days along w/ a link to instructional video. It all made for a very straight forward repair that would have been massively harder without his help. Thanks again for the great support!
I have built 2 different filtration solutions with Jim at the 2 houses I've owned. Both have done an amazing job resulting in outstanding water quality. I just got off the phone with him regardin a new home I'm moving to and he gave me some excellent advice that saved me a lot of possible hassle and money. I've been working with Jim on my water quality for 18 years now, and I do not hesitate to recommend him whole heartedly.
I got my Urban Defender and Reverse Osmosis system 2 years ago and I absolutely love it ! Jim took so much time speaking with me about the details and shipping and everything came intact. My house was being remodeled, and Jim spoke with the plumber to assist in the install. I just recently changed filters in both systems and Jim was very supportive, walking me through the process and sending instructions to me that very same day! Happy to chat with anyone about my experience. I gave him a space to explain my concerns and he didn't take it. Unfortunately I believe he is over priced and willing to over sell. If you are willing to pay the premium for install and maintenance go for it. I don't think he will do you wrong, but if you are like me and actually have a budget steer clear.
