I'm in the Denver area and built a new house on some agricultural land that we had to dig a well for. Jim has helped us out on several occasions and is always responsive, direct, and - most importantly - correct. Most recent was a leak in the flush line that he immediately recognized as a bad valve piston assembly. Got us the new part in a few days along w/ a link to instructional video. It all made for a very straight forward repair that would have been massively harder without his help. Thanks again for the great support!
