Excellent care in the Sweetwater office. Everyone was subconscious about the way I would receive my care.
Changing providers after moving was worrisome and somewhat intimidating. I was very pleased with the staff at Cloudland. Obviously work as a team, introducing each person who was going to work on me. Clearly listen to concerns, and explain procedures as they work. Plus online tools to make it easy to contact and manage appointments. Glad I made them my choice!
after several delays I finally had my dental problem resolved. The staff were all excellent and the customer service was above my expectations. I would recommend Cloudland to anyone without hesitation,
I walked in the office and in seconds I knew God meant for these people and I to cross paths. Starting at the front with Hailee to Felicity, to Whitney to Dr. Garner I felt at ease. I am in the process of having to begin a lot of work done. I got upset because I got overwhelmed knowing I have no dental insurance and like everybody else in the world, have a budget. My 7 year old saw Dr. Ellis today and they were amazing!! The dental assistant was wonderful. They were punctual, really friendly, and my daughter had an excellent experience. Two thumbs up!!!
