After being forced to move out due to the negligence of Management to repair dilapidated floor boards, I was informed by management that since Greystar bought out the property all tenants have lost their security deposits and would have to get reimbursed by the previous owners. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. You will pay for the looks only! THEY HAVE AN F RATING WITH BBB! They do not care about the tenants!! Beware!
RecommendedI have lived here almost three years my last one has been the best experience. The last set of staff are so personal, professional and protective of the tenants. This not only go for the office staff, it’s the entire team. I love them. Thank you Sweetwater creek the place to be.

What an amazing staff and environment! The Manager Jonathan is both kind and knowledgeable! The staff is so welcoming and the community is inviting! Truly a fabulous place to call home!
