Its a nice place to live .downside too many teens running around pool area and grounds..
Sweetwater Cove has been a great community for me. I commute back and forth from Orlando and I utilize this community for work. It was a simple application process. I travel and work a lot, but Quinisha Meeks aka "Q" always provides me with updates and support! This was a great find for me!
I love living here because of one person! Q in the office. She always helps us when it comes to maintence requests and our rent. She's always in a good mood! She makes living here better!
I want to thank so very much for the time compaction and dedication to all the employes at sweetwater cove (Quinishe, Stephanie, George, San Migiel, Jonah, Jose and anyone else i didn't mention that works for this company that has helped my family feel welcomed and happy we made this place our home. The staff are very sincere and loving. Very professional and polite as always <3. Q is one of the amazing staff members and she has helped my mother and I so much. We appreciate the help and the professionalism
My apartment was amazing the first cpl months but then a new resident moved in downstairs and chain smokes cigarettes inside apartment. My apartment now smells like stale cigarettes and I am forced to stay here until March. I asked them if they could relocate me to a different apartment and they didn't have anything available until Feb. In order to break my lease so I can move into an apartment that is livable they want me to pay 1,800 dollars.
