Wonderful care, provider actually listens. Love love love them!
For the CSU - I’m giving this 2 stars because the staff besides the Clinician Jenna was nice but there was an incident with the clinician Jenna that was inappropriate and disturbing especially from a clinician in a CSU. Hope the CSU gets better!
The care and support I receive from Sweetser has been consistently excellent. I am an adult with autism and other conditions that can make it difficult to function. I have been in and out of mental health facilities across New England and Ontario. Sweetser is by far my favourite team I've worked with. Sweetser is amazing!! I would highly recommend it. In the past I’ve used all that they had to offer. Now I’ve graduated to having just a case worker, Vanessa. She is so great and helps me so much. Then there’s my wonderful Peer counselor, John. He’s just awesome. He helps in so many ways it would take me all day to tell you about it. But take my word, he’s the best. And last but definitely not least, the newest addition to my team, Cheryl. She’s my Psychiatric nurse. Her and her right hand Ashley are fantastic!! They have he... read more
