RecommendedMy experience was great, from the office staff booking the appointment and explaining options to the service tech Tom who was very thorough, professional, and texted photos throughout the process. I was impressed! I heard the staff speak very fondly of the owner, Rob, which tells me he cares for his people and treats them well. I would go out of my way to use this company again.

I had an appointment for Saturday with anticipated arrival between 8-8:30 am. We got up early to move furniture, prep for their arrival and get three kids out of the house for the day. I called the company at 10:15 as I had not heard from anyone. Apparently, their technician had called in sick and they could reschedule me for Friday (six days away). The cleaner that came out I believe the name was Haylie showed up on time and was clear on what she would do and what cost would be. She worked prodessionally and diligently. I was happy with the service and how my carpet cleaned.
Quentin cleaned our carpets & we were very pleased with his work. He was efficient, thorough, and professional. The job was completed in less time than we expected & dried quickly. I definitely recommend Sweets Chem Dry.
