Judy ********* educated us on all of our options when we suddenly had to replace a leaking gas hot water heater. She priced and explained the pricing and installation requirements on different options-tankless, high efficiency and standard models. Judy also checked to see if there were any current rebates available. All of this research and install was done within a day. We appreciated the fast service since we were without hot water, and we felt confident in our decision. The technicians wore masks and disinfected everything that they touched, due to Coronavirus, They were professional and knowledgeable. We are likely to use them for other projects. Judy also honored a $350 online coupon. Thank you, Sweetland's, for a job well done!

I called Judy to see if she could check out my washing machine because I thought it was leaking water from the bottom. She sent Tom and Andra out to check it out. First thing I couldn't be there and I have 2 very hyper people loving dogs and demand attention from everyone, that was not a problem for them. They found that my washer drain was clogged and Judy sent me instructions on exactly what to do and the guys cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned up my mess (wet towels on the floor) they out them in the washer for me. Judy sent me a text later that night to make sure everything was okay and drain was cleared, I was doing a large load at that time (9pm) and she stayed by her phone for my results, it was making noises and I text her she said it was probably out of balance and she would wait to hear back from me again, I did a second load and everything was great. People usually won't wait to hear from you to help you out and to keep from having to charge you a service call for something that was corrected on its own. I truly am very satisfied with Sweetland's Heating and Cooling Services, LLC.

I had a wonderful experience with Sweetland's Heating and Cooling My heat pump was not running correctly Judy came out and assessed my unit. She found that my unit was undersized for home, I need more floor registers, there was a Freon leak and other things. We made the decision to replace the unit with a more efficient and properly sized unit. The installation crew was prompt, professional and cleaned up after they finished the installation. I have their maintenance agreement and they keep my unit running properly and efficiently. I have and will always recommend Judy and her team.
