Judy ********* educated us on all of our options when we suddenly had to replace a leaking gas hot water heater. She priced and explained the pricing and installation requirements on different options-tankless, high efficiency and standard models. Judy also checked to see if there were any current rebates available. All of this research and install was done within a day. I called Judy to see if she could check out my washing machine because I thought it was leaking water from the bottom. She sent Tom and Andra out to check it out. First thing I couldn't be there and I have 2 very hyper people loving dogs and demand attention from everyone, that was not a problem for them.
