Sweethaus made our wedding cake and cupcakes and they are my absolute fav!
What a "sweet" surprise this place is. The service was friendly & helpful. The cupcakes were yummy. Now that I've found them, I'll definitely try them again😊
I've been to SweetHaus on multiple occasions, and the initial look from the outside doesn't really tell you that much. Well, it does, but it makes you think "am I in the right place?" then you step inside... Not only is the space filled with jarred, bulk, candy, but past the cashier counter (home of their cupcake selection) you literally get a glimpse into the operation - they have windows into the behind the scenes prep area. I've been a loyal customer since they were just a store front where the now renaissance hotel is. They are just as delicious and obviously made with love as they were then when the owner and baker made them at home. The staff is caring and wants to please their customers and the store is always clean and organized. I can't wait for the new space at IX!
Ordered cupcakes to be delivered the next day to surprise my son on his birthday, I was the one surprised because they were never delivered! Very disappointed. I ordered online and followed up by calling the store. They were friendly, no complaints there. But, how can you advertise a service, charge for it, and not come through. Have not received a response.
