Very professional and reliable. I had a great experience with the young lady ( Theresa) that took X-rays and cleaned my teeth. Explain everything to me before, during and after.
Before COVID hit, the front office was working with me and my insurance company to receive clearance of all the dental work I will need to have done. But once quarantine hit, everything went on hold. Now that some of the restrictions have been lifted the office has completed my paper \work for all of my dental work. They worked very hard on this and I am so grateful for it. I like the fact that the Dentist took their time to inform me of my gums and how when I had braces last, and how my gums are now stronger than where they were last. I am so happy my mom recommended me to Sweet Gum Dentistry. Thank you again for the love and support of the health of my mouth.
Dr. Lockhart, Kristin and staff are A1 every single time I step through those doors. This team of professionals genuinely care for their patients. Even during this pandemic, they have not decreased their level of care. If anything it has been kicked up a notch or two. My entire family shares my sentiment as well. Sweetgums Dental will remain our family dentist as long as the good Lord has us here! Impeccable customer service and care for each one of my family members ranging from ages 73 down to 5 years old!!
Dr Lockhart is a gifted dentist and I have all the faith in her that my experience is going to be quick and 97% painless and her staff is also quite amazing I recommend her to any and everybody who needs a dentist and thanks again for everything y'all do for me.
