The food was honestly great, fresh, tasty, and exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, the customer service really affected the experience. Rosy came across as quite rude during the interaction, which made me feel unwelcome. It’s a shame because the food itself was excellent. Hoping this was just an isolated experience.
The harvest bowl was okay, yet the server seemed to give less of the ingredients than I have experienced at other locations. I did not finish my bowl, so unfortunately, I would say it was a below average Sweetgreen.
