Awful service. Stood there for a while and nobody even greeted me. Also, the employee did not know the menu and told me they could’nt make a wrap when I purchased the same item from multiple other locations.
Disappointing experience at Sweetgreen. I placed a pickup order that included a steak item. When I arrived, the employee who assisted me seemed unfriendly and not very welcoming. I received my order, went home, and then discovered that the steak was completely missing. Because the order was not checked properly before being handed to me, I had to make another trip back to the restaurant to get the missing item. This was inconvenient and a waste of time. Staff are incompetent and don’t know what they’re doing. No point in offering special rewards when, once you order and try to pay, they tell you they can’t honor the reward.
