I swear this place has magical powers and turns me invisible when I step through the front door, I know this is true because the employees don’t acknowledge or look at me. I have a pretty good sample size of visits too with this happening, pretty cool!!

They put the receipt directly into the bowl. That’s disgusting and will causing food safety hazard. I ordered the steak bowl, the broccoli was not just cool, it was Freezing!

I wanted to like this Sweetgreen location in Kirkland because the salads themselves are actually tasty and the ingredients seem mostly fresh. But everything else about the experience makes it not worth coming back. First, the portions are disappointing for the price. Don’t expect a properly sized salad. They also seriously skimp on protein, very similar to what you see at Chipotle. And if you politely ask for the correct portion, be prepared for eye rolls, sighs, or visible annoyance from the staff. The food is better prepared when you order in-store. Ordering it to-go usually comes in smaller portions and tends to come home looking meager. Lunch hour is insanely packed but the to-go line is longer than ordering in-person.
