Our experience in Dreamfinders "Sweetgrass Station" has been less than a dream. Nails were put through our back door pan, so water came in under our interior flooring. Warranty ticket was opened roughly 6 months ago and the work still isn't finished. What work has been done is shoddy at best. Faucets are detaching from sinks, kitchen cabinets are coming loose, shutters are falling off, the HOA sucks, the lawn care company sucks, our additional parking area is just mud, so our street is always filthy and you can't park there ... read more
@ Sweet grass station Summerville. The worst. If you want slack work go with dream finders no accountability nothing has been fixed. SLACK AND CHEAP WORK. Tons of issues on new built home. THEY DO NOT CARE IM UNHAPPY IN MY NEW HOME. I wish I had backed out when they said there would be more yard at the beginning before being built. Look somewhere else because you will find tons of issues in your home and outside of the home that they just tried to cover up knowingly really messy work they should be ashamed.
