PSA: don’t be fooled by the “amenities” they are promising. Those won’t be built any time soon according to county records (probably in the next 2 years). If that is important to you, buy in the neighborhood next door, Pineland Preserve. I certainly wished I did and Im now stuck paying HOA fees in a community with no amenities and questionable craftsmanship.
Our experience in Dreamfinders "Sweetgrass Station" has been less than a dream. Nails were put through our back door pan, so water came in under our interior flooring. Warranty ticket was opened roughly 6 months ago and the work still isn't finished. What work has been done is shoddy at best. Faucets are detaching from sinks, kitchen cabinets are coming loose, shutters are falling off, the HOA sucks, the lawn care company sucks, our additional parking area is just mud, so our street is always filthy and you can't park there ... read more
