Worst Experience Ever. Before your appointment, you must fill out a large amount of paperwork. Then when you get an appointment, you pay over $100, just to have someone ask you the same questions you already put on paper. During the appointment I asked a few simple questions concerning some medications. She was totally oblivious, had no answer or gave me wrong information.
