The billing dept. through both texting and phone is incompetent. Nothing good to say.
the billing dept is awful. they are not helpful at resolving issues. wait times to reach someone are long and they leave you hanging. do not recommend.

if/when you have an issue with a bill, the billing dept is horrible. they don't answer, return calls or try to help. absolutely do not recommend.
We just moved to this office from another practice, and we are OVER THE MOON for the Park West office and their staff. Seriously wonderful experience!! Respect of parent's choices for their children, kind, and warm demeanor from everyone. Love Dr. Tory!
