Used to be good, basically the front desk staff is rather rude, and the actual check in procedure is terrible now. The gadget used for check in has repetitive questions and is not user friendly. I am not sure where all the information is stored either, as they seem to need it EVERY time. Doctor of course only appears for 3 min of the appointment.
I have to say the doctors and nurses are great! Unfortunately, the office is so poorly run from not being able to contact anyone unless you send a text to the unfriendly front desk staff. The front desk staff are truly bothered by your mere presence.
