Lisa picks and chooses who the community rules apply to. Also don’t ask for anything she will say you people think we just ride around on golf carts all day. Also don’t call and complain about anything she will hang up. Would give zero stars if I could. The water is out on the regular and a lot of times not even communicated. Lisa is the worst manger the community has had. She gets on residence for stuff like hiding your trash cans. She claims she will inform residence when the water comes back on but she doesn’t she goes home and doesn’t communicate anything after hours. Community rules only applies to certain not all. When something in the home needs to be fixed it never gets fixed instead they make comments like “these people think all we do is ride around a golf cart”. Very unprofessional. We are left with no water most of the time. Rent goes up every year but no upgrades to the community whatsoever. Think about it twice if you want to live here.
