Was told that I couldn't be in the room while my kids were having their visit. Supposedly new protocol. Front desk receptionist (Jessica) told me that parents couldn't go back in the room because kids act better when the parents aren't in there. I don't like the fact of not knowing what's going on during the visit. Receptionist was extremely rude to me and mine. Will be looking for another dental office.

I’ve been a patient for about 2 years but today was my first time working with Jessica ..She is down to earth and very professional and made me feel very at ease for my procedure. This is my favorite dentist office !!
My first visit with this dentist office was definitely a great experience. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant, eager to assist and displayed great customer service. Bea and Jess were every down-to-earth, real, and straightforward(which I appreciate alot) concerning getting my dental health back on track. The office had a chill and relaxing atmosphere. I'm definitely pleased with my decision in choosing Sweetgrass Dental Associates🥰
Such a perfect atmosphere. Friendly reception and dental staff. Took the time to explain procedures and constantly checked in for level of comfort. The aesthetic of the treatment rooms is welcoming, and culturally affirming. This one's, for us!
