RecommendedMy momma, Jenny Carte, lived at Sweetbriar for a little over three years until she passed on October 28, 2018. The staff really took great care of her and loved her. We never had to worry about the care she was getting. She liked the food and really liked living there. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a place for their loved one. This place is fantastic. My dad is do happy since he moved in.
I'm so disappointed in Sweetbriar. I thought for sure that this place was improving. You let a really hard worker a person who never called off worked doubles without a fuss, stayed when being mandated with out a fuss go. All because he has a physical disorder. Now that he's lost his health insurance he can't get the help he needs to treat his disability. Overall I'm hurt you'd treat and discriminate like you did. Sweetbrier has an amazing staff, from housekeeping to the nursing staff! The environment is well maintained, clean and has a feeling of home!
My mom and dad were both in Sweetbriar for almost 2 years beginning in 2000. They were very well taken care of and assisted with all their needs. My dad was especially appreciative of the care since he required the most help at that time. The facility was always clean and the food was excellent. I highly recommend Sweetbriar for anyone who needs assistance but wants to still maintain some independence.
Great assisted living community. Residents get excellent care.
