We feel blessed every day to have the opportunity to live in such a wonderful, safe community. Newlyweds, retirees, young and older families all live here, making for a wonderfully, mixed neighborhood. As a young parent, I love the enthusiasm of the school’s involvement in Sweetbay and the “life” that it brings to our community! Thanks Sweetbay and to all of the families for making it so awesome!!

I want everyone to know that AT&T cable has sent my sister-in law down the rabbit hole!!!!! i can not believe that a brand new development like Sweet Bay in Panama City could close on a house and say it is ready when there is no hook up for cable or internet ! they sent one guy who could not find the demarcation point and said it would be about a week to get the construction team out to find it then....they send yet another installer out that seems to have a bit more on the ball calls in reinforcements and learns that the ca... read more
Just moved In yesterday. Had an issue with no hot water late on a Friday and it was resolve promptly at 8am Saturday. So we couldn't be more pleased with our choice to join the Sweetbay community. Looking forward to meeting all of our new neighbors and building memories with our family!
I am military and my family and I had looked at probably almost 20 houses. Our excellent real estate agent Matt Cramer took us to SweetBay. We instantly fell in love. We are proud to say that we have bought the Orchid style house. Mario was and still is wonderful to work with. Lisa makes it extremely fun to pick out all of the options to put in you house (these options are top of the line and at great price). We are looking forward to moving into out house in July.
