For a quick, healthy meal different from other fast-food fare, this is a great spot. – In Short Set up cafeteria style like a hotel buffet, this is a healthier alternative to the average fast food establishment, and there's something for the whole family. There's a salad bar, a bread and muffin counter, a soup and chili bar and a hot pasta station. Fresh fruit is also available. This is a considerable diversion from greasy burgers and fries.
Healthy – Fresh eats. High quality. The selection is extensive and something for everyone.
Healthy & Tasty for good price – We've been to the one in Henderson and have had tasty times! My husband who is picky with salad enjoyed theirs! my fav: chicken wonton. Their soups are a bit bland but still tasty, clam chowder!!! his fav: house chilli. We both really liked their moist brownie muffin and garlic parmesan bread, the choco muffin isn't bad either. Other then slow water refills, we'll be going back for more!
Can You Say OVERRATED???? – Of all of the restruants that come and go in this town, none is more overrated than this one. Poor selection, bland soups and pasta and stale bread are just a few of the problems with Sweet Tomatoes. This place is expensive (it is lettuce for heaven's sake).
Not So Sweet – If you are going to go to a buffet, than spend your money elsewhere. I find Sweet Tomatoes overpriced for the primary Menu Item being Salad. No difference in price from Lunch to Dinner, and its primarly Salad. Plan on paying for your drink in addition to the all you can eat Salad. And for desert you can treat yourself to a minature ice cream cone that holds probably less than an ounce of ice cream. Money better spent at a real buffet, where they also have Salad.
SWEET EATS! – When you think salad bar buffet you think DIET! But on the contrary! What a treat ! Best salad and soups. Pasta is great too.DON"T FORGET TO GET THE VANILLA YOGURT! We love it. This should be a do not miss on your list. ENJOY
