History Established in 1986. Sweet Stuff Bakery is a family owned company serving the region since 1986. We started as a little cookie company that baked thousands of cookies every year for businesses in the Kentuckiana area. We opened our first retail store in 2001 and now are located on the corner of East Spring Street and 4th Street in Downtown New Albany.

They have the best cake and pastries, wide selection of flavors, prices are very reasonable, products you can buy day-of, such as donuts, cake in a tub, cupcakes, and more. I used them for my wedding and still love them ten years later.

Sweet stuff is absolutely amazing! My dream was always to have our wedding cake made by them, but they just blew it out of the park! When I came downstairs to do private vows with my husband and saw the cake I was in awe that it so perfectly matched what was in my in our heads. Thank you so much for making the perfect cake and it tasted absolutely delicious!
Rude! Grumpy lady at the counter told me she wasn’t responsible if I put a cake on my lap for the drive home. I didn’t expect her to be responsible once I walked out the door. I was getting in the car with my wife and the lady started tapping on the window from inside the store and waving her finger at us. Strange experience. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.
