History Established in 1986. Sweet Stuff Bakery is a family owned company serving the region since 1986. We started as a little cookie company that baked thousands of cookies every year for businesses in the Kentuckiana area. We opened our first retail store in 2001 and now are located on the corner of East Spring Street and 4th Street in Downtown New Albany.

Update: They replaced the cake! Very upset. Went to pick up our anniversary cake on Saturday June 2,2018 ,cooked dinner and then went to cut our cake. And it's the wrong cake!!!! We ordered dreamsicle and we got plain vanilla. We paid a lot of money for our cakes when we got married and this was supposed to be a good memorable experience and it wasn't.
Wonderful bakery! Everything I have ordered there has been perfect. Just how I envisioned it and tastier still! The staff is also courteous and kind and great to work with.. Come get you some!
Although the taste of their cakes is wonderful, they DO NOT give you what you ask for. We have purchased 2 birthday cakes from them within the last month and a half, and have been completely disappointed both times. The colors were completely wrong, the designs were off, and they don’t care to do anything to fix it for you. In fact, we actually asked them to fix the first one and the woman was very rude about it. These cakes are too expensive for customers to not be receiving exactly*** what they asked for.
