5🌟 Best customer service ever! I live in the UK but wanted to deliver cupcakes to a friend in Melrose. After finding Sweet Spot I was disheartened to find they didn't offer delivery but reached out on Instagram to explain the situation. The next day I was called by the staff where they took my order, a note to attach to the delivery and payment. They then had one of their staff members drop off the cupcakes after work. Recently ordered a cake, cupcakes & cookies for a baby shower ... the process of ordering was so easy despite doing so over e mail/phone, the staff was so helpful! Everything came out better than I could’ve imagined, delicious & so fresh!

I’ve been calling all over trying to find a bakery to make some special cupcakes for my daughters graduation. Hard to believe so many bakeries don’t decorate for special occasions. I called Sweet Spot this morning and an angel answered the phone! Victoria was so kind and helpful and we figured out together what to do. I placed my order and can’t wait to get them. I haven’t seen or tasted them yet but from a customer service standpoint alone, I have found a new bakery for any future occasions !!

The Sweet Spot never disappoints! I reached out looking for something special for my 94 year old mother-in-laws birthday, and boy did they deliver! The cake was not only delicious but so beautiful!
