Over rated! I have taken my daughters to this place 2 times and both times were horrible. I treated my daughters with a manicure and pedicure last week. They did not clip, file or buff thier nails (even though they were quite long and uneven). Basically all they did was "soak" their feet, put lotion on them and paint them. the polish they use is HORRIBLE. Both girls had their polish almost completely gone by the end of the day. Potential Customer Southlake, TX location....Today (3/26/2011) was my daughter's first haircut and with her only being two I wanted to take her somewhere where she would have fun, so she wouldn't be nervous. I was recommended Sweet & Sassy. Called them at 10:05 am got put on hold and then hung up on. Called back at 10:20 am had to leave a message and never got a call back, then went ahead and drove 25 miles to the location to see about setting an appt. Birthday Party I had my daughters 7th Birthday party at the Sweet & Sassy location in Jacksonville FL and we had an AWESOME time!!! The girls had so much fun and to see my daughter's face light up was so rewarding!!! I can't wait to have her party there again next year!!!
SOUR AND SAD More like Sour and Sad. If you want to spend your hard earned money on something special for your daughter or neice or a group of girls, please do not go to Sweet and Sassy of Southlake. We went there on Saturday April 24, 2010, during a very busy time in the town center, an Arts Festival which made if very difficult to find a parking space. Fun Spa Party with Pink Limo My daughter had her party there last Friday and had a fabulous time. The hot pink limo picked her and 9 friends up at our home in Fort Worth and the limo driver allowed us to take pictures and play her favorite Beiber CD on the way there.
Sweet and Sassy is wonderful your little princess! Sweet and Sassy was FANTASTIC! we had such a wonderful time when we went this Saturday! My daughter loves going to get her nails done and the lady helping us was wonderful, speaking with my daughter most of the time and getting her to open up. They led her to the stage so we could dance and take pictures. She was truly treated like a princess from the moment we walked in. Even received a Birthday Princess sash for free! Great place to take your girls!
So sweet Sweet and Sassy is the CUTEST salon. It is for little girls and makes them want to go get their haircut. It is all pinks and pastels and decorated the way any girl would love. The hairsytlist really know how to deal with kids and they make it fun for them. They also do a lot of other things for the kids and it makes a chore something fun. They are a little expensive but it is worth it.
Disappointed Don't waste your time and money! Our party was awful to say the least!!! It was extremely rushed and we left feeling highly ripped off! The fingernails weren't fully painted and the up-do's were sloppy. When it came time to ring up and leave, our total was over $700 without being informed beforehand! It was the worst experience.
MONEY HUNGRY This Place was surely not accomedating, first they gae me different prices over the phone for my girls to get mani's and pedi's, then I was told to put down a deposit which was no problem until I was told one thing by one person and another price by a different person. They changed our time never confirmed it with me so my girls were late due to them changing the time.
