I won't say I hated it. I love the place and the concept. We have been several times for girls night out and a few parties. My children are biracial, and EVERY time my child was skipped over for the hair session because no one there knew what to do or how to do her hair. She's the only one in the chair not getting her hair done as the sample of up-dos of all long Caucasian hair is passed around. Heartbreaking. My daughter had the candy craze package done today and I could not have had better service!
We had an appointment for 3, four year olds. We had 2 ladies assisting with the ultimate makeovers. We felt rushed the entire time and they didn't seem too happy about being there. I would love to try again with some of the other ladies I saw working with other groups in the future.
I LOVE THIS PLACE MY DAUGHTER GOT HER TOES & NAILS DONE THEY WERE TOO CUTE. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF & THE LAYOUT OF THE PLACE IS TRULY BEAUTIFUL
The perfect place to let your princess run wild. Hot pink limo rides, full service spa and salon and a catwalk! Customer service was excellent and kids had a blast. Check out their specials- very creative and affordable!
Two little girls were turned down while no one was in the store today because someone was going on break. And not the hairstylist might I add. Was told to come back 4 hours later when breaks were over. Very disappointing!!
