More than satisfied with our daughters bday parties we just had there this afternoon. This was our 1st time at sweet and sassy and from this experience, we will be back. Our girls and guests were completely pampered. Thank you for 2 happy little birthday girls. That's what it's all about.

My daughter and I finished doing some art and walked by this place today. We went in and they had a special for a kids makeover. It included nail finish, makeup, hair, and hair bow. She had a blast and the staff and Manger Kevin gave perfect service. The girls that did her makeup and hair made her feel special and talked to her the entire time to make her more comfortable. We enjoy taking advantage of the weekly and Facebook specials. My girls always feel comfortable and enjoy their services. Today, Victorana was amazing for my daughters 8th birthday. We were there for the candy craze package but my daughter was still recognized for her birthday. The salon was super busy but we were not rushed and Victoriana was super sweet, chatting with my girls and affirming their choices of nail color, etc. Thanks for a great afternoon and awesome promo!

I also wish I could give less than 1 star. Took my daughter here for a toddler haircut, which are advertised as $10 on Mondays and Tuesdays. Called a few days prior to see if we needed an appointment - "just walk in" they told me. Great. So we get there an hour before our next appointment....there are 3 young employees there, no customers. I am told that my daughter cannot be seen right now, someone with an APPOINTMENT (remember what they said about just walking in?) is on their way. My guess? They just didn't want to do it.... read more

I took my adorable two year old Granddaughter there this morning for her very first mani-pedi. Victorianna was the lovely girl who performed the services. She did a great job and helped Olivia feel very comfortable. After the mani-pedi, we danced on the stage to "Let it Go". This was so much fun and Olivia loves her purple sparkly toenails and her pink fingernails! I look forward to taking her there again the next time that we are visiting in VA.

My daughter loves it here...they make her feel so special and are so friendly and m patient plus they have a pink limo...who does not like that. ..

My niece is here from Maine and her friend want to go and have a spa day. The first thing my niece sign up for. Was and up do they didn't even comb her hair. The braid that they did for my niece was awful. They put the cheapest ribbons in her hair. They didn't get to put the rob on. They all also hurried and did there nails. They didn't even soak there hands. They said the service would take 45 minutes and we where 19 minutes for 70.00. This was waste of my money. I would not recommend this to anyone.
