My go to for every event I have. Cakes are always delicious and beautiful. We are never disappointed by the taste. Always feel very comfortable with giving few ideas of what we are looking for and trusting in their designs.
Ordered a cake for my WEDDING, as to say I was very nervous with it being a destination wedding. Natassia was very patient with me during this process and walked me through the steps. She made ordering from her a breeze. Now lets get to the cake, it was sooo good. Very moist and full of flavor, the icing wasn't too sweet, just sweet enough to bring out the flavor of the cake. Great customer service and lovely cakes
This rating is solely for customer service. I wish I would have gotten to taste their cakes. Extremely poor communication. I left messages in the morning and wouldn't get responses till the 7pm or later in the evening. When I asked what their policy was if a cake was incorrect since I would be paying 100% beforehand. they stopped corresponding with me. I sent an email the next morning asking why they had stopped talking to me and if I should assume they wouldn't be helping me and need to look elsewhere. It was late in the af... read more
Sweet Queen Desserts always delivers!!! We've ordered many cakes and cookies from them over the years. Never been disappointed. There is always a personalized dessert that you get which I think is awesome! 👍🏾
