I've been a couple times and the card reader for the manual wash wouldn't read my card. It didn't reject it - just acted like I didn't swipe it at all. The labels for the automatic wash don't specify what levels have an undercarriage wash, and there was no person easily available to ask. I had to get out of my car and go knock on the door to the left of the entry. Ate my quarters and didn’t do a thing.
That was the worst car wash ever. You charged me $10 for just 6 minutes of using the vacuum. Are you kidding me? I’m going to file a complaint against you.
Went there on 8/24 to use the vacuum. First I put in 4 quarters and the vacuum did not work, tried to use the button to give the coins back and did not give them back. Then I just used my card instead and got charged $10 for 4 mins of vacuum?
