They do not answer you at all. Ive called many times when they are open and they wont pick up. Not professional at all. Use a different place do not waste your time with this business.
I had called a few times. The first time, I was promised a call back within 15 mins—I didn’t even get a call back. Called them the next day, no answer, so I texted reminding I’d love to get an ultrasound with them and they “read” my iMessage, got no reply nor a phone call. I’d say that’s pretty unprofessional if that’s their business (wouldn’t you want clients?).
