I've had Marcia cater many events for me over the years. The latest being a dinner party at my house for 12 people. Her food is always fresh, delicious and presented beautifully. Each time she has assisted me in choosing the perfect menu items that are both non-dairy and gluten free. My guests love her food and her professionalism. Highly recommend!
Sweat Pea Cuisine Catering is truly outstanding. Marcia is a true Chef. Not only an exquisite cook but one who uses only the best ingredients. Organic when possible and everything super fresh. Her attention to detail, presentation are superb. She and her staff have a highly professional and calm demeanor. Her menu is versatile and delicious. I hired Marcia for a fundraiser dinner on a friend’s referral and was thrilled with the results! It was very easy to collaborate on a menu with Marcia, and the final product catered to a variety of tastes. Marsha prepared a dinner for 6 at my home - She arrived with everything she needed to prepare our delicious meal When our guest arrived, she served flat bread with feta cheese, tomato's and steak - yummy. From there, she served the salad and then our main course which was fillet, skewered, shrimp, mashed potatoes and baby green beans. She wrapped it up with crème brûlée. Marcia was wonderful! We had a small private dinner party at an Airbnb. She arrived prepared, was very friendly, communicated well in advance about menus and was a pleasure to work with. The food was amazing, and I appreciated her asking what food and preferences we have. Everyone was thrilled and it was a fun worry free night with Marcia as head chef!
