Love this place!!! Sweet Noshings is the best candy, popcorn, fudge, and ice cream shop in Memphis! They change up their flavors constantly and never disappoint!
Lovely lil shop, excellent customer service and great variety!
I love this place every time we come! We pick up some goodies to take home and enjoy ice cream, popcorn, or coffee while we visit! The staff is friendly and provides wonderful customer service! Will definitely come back and bring my friends and more family!
The store itself was very nice but my friend and I asked to sample a few flavors of the popcorn, and having never been there before we did sample more than one. The girl working at the popcorn counter acted as if she was doing us some huge inconvenient favor by letting us sample it. She was very rude and has a bad attitude. Do they not teach people about customer service anymore? The popcorn was good and we both ended up buying some, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
Disappointing that customer service is completely nonexistent in a small business. Just witnessed one of the most rude moments ever displayed towards a buying customer and from the owner herself. I am saddened for my children as they have loved this store; however, I want them to know that treating people with courtesy and respect is more important than supporting a business that does not display those same values.
