Waited for more than an hour for a pedicure/ there were bugs on my chair when one crawled on my leg the lady just killed it said sorry and sprayed alcohol around the chair, I asked to move and I wasn’t moved!!! That’s nasty I’m very paranoid one might’ve crawled into my bag , safe to say I will never be back (only reason I didn’t leave instantly was because I had already lost more than an hour waiting and I really needed a pedicure as I had an event the next day.
Even though I got there first, the people who came after me were sat first. Their services were more expensive than mine, but that doesn’t make my time any less important. They lost a customer today. I’d rather give my money to a business who makes me feel welcomed.
