AWFUL. AWFUL. I went to order a cake and their staff could not answer any of my questions. FINALLY someone came from the back to take the order. It was a 50th anniversary cake and I expressed to them how important it was, my grandparents never had a real wedding cake. I explained to TWO different people how it was supposed to look (they even had an exact picture from a magazine) and they assured me they had gold paint (golden anniversary). sweet and tasty but ... The service, when it comes to customer intercommunication, needs a lot of improvement. The worst comes from who I was told was the owner himself. He needs to know the ABC's of how to speak to and interact with patrons. There is no good reason to be arrogant and snobby even with so-called difficult or hard to please customers. You feel rushed even when you are the only customer present. I write this in response to an observation I witnessed in the store recently between a customer and a rude owner.
Sweet-N-Absolutely Tasty Sweet n Tasty has a delicious assortment of cakes. Recently we had the almond creme and the mandarin cake for my parents birthdays. They were awesome, moist, and cost less than 20 bucks! I will be ordering a cake today too. This company has been able to maintain its quality of its cakes and have been able to maintain a reasonable price for them. Sweet - N - Absolutely Tasty My sister in law purchased a small pinapple round cake for my mother in laws birthday on Aug 4, 2010. It was the best cake I have ever tasted. It was moist it wasn't overpowering in the sweetness of the cake.. I am really picky with cakes that I purchase... Believe me Sweet - N - Tasty is my new bakery for all my cake purchases.
Tasty, tasty, tasty We have ordered cakes and pies from here for over a year. We usually order for birthdays at the office. We have tried about 5 different cakes and pies. Every one of them have been the best Ive had from any bakery. We order them the day before and we pick them up with no problem. The customer service is great. We will keep ordering from them.
