True Customer to the Original!! This 5 star rating is for the location on MAIN ( the original ). As far as the 10th Street location, i must agree with all the other bad reviews. The first time they made a mistake with me, i thought just a mistake...the second time, i thought just another, the FINAL time i decided they were no longer mistakes. Lack of a reliable ordering system Very very poor service! I purchased a cake before special ordering one to make sure I would like it. The cake was greet so I placed an order for a cupcake cake for my daughters birthday. Her party was on a Sunday so I went in Monday to place the order. I returned again Tuesday and Thursday to make sure the decorators had enough pictures to get the design and to reconfirm that The cake would be ready by Saturday at 6 pm. Baptism gone bad We have another important event coming up in our lives and were "thinking" of trying Sweet N Tasty again. I say again, because our first experience with them was not a good one. The supposed owner, was the one that took my order initally. I explained what I wanted and they had a sample picture of the cake I wanted for my daughters baptism.
In response to awful!!! Your cake was beautiful i have picture!! I also had people in from the party you had and they comented how pretty and tasty the cake was... If you and your mother had not come in with an attitude no one else would have had attitude.. And you were so unsure what you wanted you were here for one hour trying to order and they provided you with good quality service.
Dear Awful!!! Well to start off, Had I had an experience like yours I would not hide my name. But from experience I know for a fact that you are just one of those people that are never happy, and always have to find something wrong with everything. I can tell you this because not only do I go there all of the time but I also take alot of their stuff to very important people like doctors, lawyers, and even State Reps. Bad Service Worst bakery ever!!!! I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday party, and I found a hair in the cake!!! The bread tasted horrible: dry and with no flavor....I paid $190.00 for a cake that was nasty!!! I called the manager to complain and she wanted to see the cake and the hair...I wouldn't believe me!!! She treated me with such disrespect and unprofessiondalism. Great Pies!! Just had our Thanksgiving Dinner and had awesome pies!!!! We went to pick up the pumpkin pies on Wed. morning before noon and they were great!!! They had great flavor and texture. I usually go to the Sweet n Tasty on Main (the original one), I never go wrong when I order cakes or pies there. Thanks for a great Thanksgiving dessert. :-)
The Best!!!!!! i do all my business with sweet & tasty!!!!! best cakes i have had from any bakery.... the customer servive is always good they treat me with respect and exceed what i am expecting...... i have had a problem once with an order but that is expected no one is perfect.... but overall they are the best bakery for me i use them for every occassion i have thanks sweet & tasty!!!!!!
awesome place they are the best!!!! i was reall glad to come across such a wonderful bakery it was hard finding a place to male the cakes i needed and wanted!!! the flavor the wide varity of choices 2 many 2 choose from wow!!! they do an excellent job of doing what i ask. of course i have had a couple of issuse but that is expected no one is perfect by no means!! me myself having my own business and dealing with customers in a clothing retail shop know first hand and being in a food business im sure is much more difficult!! ... read more
