The owner of Sweet Mountain Air came to my house to investigate a ceiling leak. He was in and out in 15 minutes saying the issues was "fixed". Fast forward two days and my entire ceiling caved in. He did a quick look, vacuumed the condensation line but didn't investigate further to see the drip pan was cracked. Do not use. They were sent by American Home Shield to fix my furnace. Ran for 2 hrs and died again. Called him the next morning and he said I would have to call AHS for recall service. Did that twice and they couldn't get a hold of him. I also called him a couple of times and left messages. No returned calls. So I went thru the rest of the winter with no heat, and now I won't have AC with summer hitting in a week. DON'T USE HIM...

Been without a/c for over a month. Unresponsive, unreliable and replacing parts with used/refurbished parts. Does not check work. Got stuck with them because of warranty through American home shield. Been out to the house 4+ times. AHS is now going above and beyond trying to get this resolved. I am receiving calls twice a week from them. Unfortunately sweet mountain air is also avoiding their calls. This man is the worst contractor I've ever dealt with. We have not been able to live in our home for over a month.
